Internet difficulties on my HTC HD7

So, to start at the beginning, last Thursday (Oct 4th) I noticed my internet access was wonky/nonexistent.  I would still get email, but no FB updates, no internet browsing, and any app that required the internet would tell me that I had no data connection.  Note: Full bars and a 3G connection. (So my phone says)  I figure "No big deal, maybe they're doing something."  The next day, still no internet functionality.  I call 611 and was told by the automated voice that my data plan doesn't match my phone.  I speak to a guy at customer support and tells me that my internet "feature" has expired and they no longer offer it.  Long story short, I get the internet back on my phone at the same price as before and everything is sunshine and sugar cookies.

 

Until today...

 

Yet again, no internet access from my phone, even though it has full bars and a "3G" connection.  I am disinclined to call back to customer service, as I have no desire to wait on hold again.  I have shut down and rebooted the phone, to no avail.

 

Any thoughts?
