i had cricket wireless and on 11/24/12 i went to a tmobile store 2529 san mateo ne suite 6 albuquerque nm 87110,(505)855-0184 and dealt with clint. i signed up and paid for a prepaid account. i was not given a temporary number. instead the account was set up using the cricket number that was to be ported. i was told the port would take 24 hours. After 24 hours i called tmobile and crickets porting dept. cricket released number, and the cricket phone no longer worked. tmobiles porting dept asked i give them the sim card number and that they will do a ticket and to wait 48 hours. 48 hours later, nothing. i went back to the tmobile store and clint gave me a new sim card, with a prepaid phone number that has a zero balance and with the porting dept did a ticket and asked to wait 48 hours or possibly longer.its been 48 hours. i use my phone number for business purposes. it is the only way customers call me. I have not been able to make money for 5 days now. my reputation has been tarnished
