Hi everyone I was with ATT for the last few years... then I moved to T-mobile like 9 months ago.
I called t-mobile many times before and the 1st two billing cycles to ask them about the Corp discount... T-mobile customer service told me that my Corp which is a county hospital do not get any discount. So I used my other job 5% discount.
On 12-1-2012 I called t-mobile and I finally spoke to someone that really knows what she is saying.
She said that I can email my job info and I hopefully get a 15% discount... which i emailed and got 15%
You know that t-mobile always have a catch they added another two more years to my account just for getting 15% discount.
My question is why I didn’t inform about the corp. discount in the beginning (1st billing cycle which was Feb 2012)?
if I was informed correctly then I would have applied or emailed for my discount and I would have only get added one more month to my 2yr contract. Now I’m stuck for another 2yr.
I wish these people would communicate little better and help the customers in a healthy manner.
