T-Mobile poor signal strength , Customer support wants to disconnect service.

I am a new user to T-mobile ,

Bought 3 lines , with a two year contract from Richmond , VA (in feb). However , due to my job I had to relocate to New York (in March).

The signal strength is extremely poor inside the house , and the wifi doesnt exactly cover the complete house .

So , i came across this Cell-Fi Signal booster .

Called the customer support , and asked for a solution , other then wifi calling on 3 samsung galaxy s2 phones .

She said , I have to be at least a customer for ONE year (i dont get it , no coverage how would i live these phones) .then i can get the cell-fi booster , so it kills the point . I asked if i could pay for it , and buy one .She declined.

When i asked for an alternative , her exact words were "We will be more then happy to cancel your contract , and all 3 lines , but you would have to pay 200 $ for each line , if you would like i can go ahead with that" .

Apparently she was from the customer loyalty services .

Does any one have any alternate ways ?

*A happy sprint customer , just wished to go for T-mobile plan for my family, now stuck big time .
