cannot reset password on website

I am the primary account holder (702) 807-9509.  I have tried to access my wife's My T-Mobile on the web and it sends me a temporary password via text, but when I type it in to the temporary password text box and submit it tells me the password is not valid.  I have tried it four times, and in two different web browsers, but it continues to fail. 

 

I can be reached via my phone.
