Me and a friend of mine are having issues with viewing our unbilled usage (2 seperate accounts). My bill ending date was 11/26 and I was able to see my unbilled usage before then. Now when I look there, all I see is the usage from 11/26 and prior. Same with my friend, but his bill ended 12/1 and he was able to see all the unbilled usage up to 12/1 but now is not able to see any unbilled usage. When he looks there, all he sees is the usage from 12/1 and prior.
I see there are many discussions on this. I have also called. I'm pretty frustrated with it, as people said they haven't been able to view usage since the 19th, it's been 2 weeks, and this still has not been fixed?
