tmo is horrible

After receiving 3 replacement phones for my one s and currently waiting on a 4th,I'm ready to pay the early term fee and go to sprint. The way T-Mobile has handled this is absolutely terrible. They have no regard for their customers,I have no doubt of that. They are ripping people off with the one s. They are aware of the issues with this phone,yet they keep selling it. I was told by customer care that I can do a change out for a completely different phone but the only phone I can change out for is Samsung galaxy blaze. I was told in a previous call that if they done a change out that the phone I would receive would be equal or actually an upgrade,a better phone. The galaxy blaze is not an upgrade,its not even equal. It's running on gingerbread,the screen is way smaller like 3.97 in,and the camera is 5 megapixel. How is that a better phone,or even equal to the one s. The one s specs are by far better than the galaxy blaze. So I didn't go for the change out,instead they are sending me another replacement one s. With a change out it needs to be with a galaxy S2 or 3. I've been dealing with this since Sept 28. I've been very patient about this but now I'm furious about this. I've been with T-Mobile since 2006 added on a friend's line but I get my own line and this happens. I loved T-Mobile before this. Great customer service,great reception where I live and very fast data speeds until now and this experience has turned me against tmo. This is exactly why Verizon,sprint,and at&t are better companies,I used to believe tmo was better but that's a joke.
