So here is the problem, my phone will shut off at times by itself even if the battery indicator shows that it had more than enough juice left. When it does come back on, usually after a hard reset, the battery is below 20%.
Secondly, every time after I hard reset the phone the battery is below 10% even though I charged it for multiple hours. Before the battery pull the indicator said that the charge was at 90%.
Is my phone just that old and feeble? Is there a fix? Is this common?
T-mo can only tell me that I need to master reset the phone but several ppl have told me that this will not help.
Any help will be appreciated.
