Tmobile customer no-service

I have been a happy Tmobile customer since 2006.  I signed a new contract last August, but received no subsidy for a new phone.  I have not received a subsidy for a phone in four years.  I moved to a new address in our city limits, and cannot get reliable reception.

I tried the Cel-Fi tower without success.

I have paid cash for HTC Amaze and Sensations to do WiFi calling with spotty results.

My wife's Blackberry barely finctions because of poor UMA reliability in our area.

My job requires me to be on call and I need reliable service.  My wife is pregnant and depends on good service if she needs anything.  We often can't even send texts.  We pay $100 per month!

I have called customer service numerous times to ask to be released from my contract without penalty, but they are insisting I pay $200 per line when I never received a subsidy for a phone.  They reply that buried deep in the fine print the contract that they cannot guarantee reception where you live, but what is the point of having service with them if they can't provide service at your home?  I guarantee that they get paid every month, but they want to charge me for breaching the contract.

I don't WANT to leave Tmobile, but they are not prviding me service at my home address.  This is their obligation in the contract.  Mine is to pay on time every month, which I have for years.  I f I had received a large subsidy on a phone, I would understand, but I have not.

I have emailed the contract dispute department and faxed them without reply.

I wonder how Tmobile expects anybody to recommend them with this type of network service or customer service.

I sure wish Tmobile would do what was right and rectify this situation and not just follow a pre-canned script.
