Lately, my phone gets stuck on "Searching for GPS" anytime I try to navigate. I have downloaded GPS Test and even there, I see no satellite lock. I have given it enough time outdoor (more than 10 minutes) but nothing happens in either GPS Test or Google Maps navigation. It just can't find any satellite and in fact it doesn't seem to do anything from GPS Test. Of course, GPS is enabled on the phone.
The phone is up-to-date with the latest Jelly Bean and the latest Google Maps application.
I have tried deleting data and cache from the Google Maps app.
Does anyone have any other recommendations that I can try software-wise, before I call T-Mobile support to replace the device?
Btw, I got the phone at Costco two months ago. Should I be getting the replacement from Costco or from T-Mobile?
