My phone doesn't always make calls or receive calls...!

I've been dealing with this issue since the end of august beginning of September.

 

When I try to make a call it looks like the call is trying to connect, but ends up dropping. like I can never hear the dial tone. I have to do this two to three times before I can actually call out and when someone calls me they can hear me, but i cant hear them.

 

I couldn't tell you how many times I've called and asked for help. They tell me a lot of times to do a master reset or master reset the cache i believe it's called. It's another step before master resetting your phone.

 

I've had replacement phones and replacement sim cards.

 

They sent out a ticket to the engineers beginning of December, even tho they told me there was one back in November as well. I still never get any answers.

 

I just want normal service and to make calls and receive calls.

 

There are five phones on my family plan including another smart phone and mine is the only one that does it which is really annoying.

 

All I get is the run around.

 

I've talked to the loyalty department a few times. They said they'd give me an early upgrade, but I don't have $300 to get an S3.

 

The one of them said they'd give it to me for free but I'd have to renew all five lines. I said no way because how do I know this would fix my issue.

Then if it doesn't I just screwed myself over.

 

I've told this story over who knows how many times over and over again to each rep and Sr rep. I just started telling them to read the notes after awhile because I was sick of explaining it.

 

Anyone else have this problem and if so did you fix it and how?
