ZTE hotspot cannot be seen

Can some one help me with my ZTE hotsopt. It has been working fine for the last year but today it cannot be seen by my laptop or cell phone.The hot sopt shows the norma; reception, 4G, Device 0, battery level, T-Mobile, and email on its display, but it cannot see my other devices nor can they see the ZTE.
