The international version of the one s is now receiving jelly bean update but it looks like it will be awhile here in the U.S. In the U.S. jelly bean update for one s is entering beta for testing. Hopefully jb runs ok on the one s. My guess is it will be February,maybe March before tmo pushes it out.
