Download via Computer
To download games from T-Mobile.com on a computer, follow these steps:
- On a computer, download the game from T-Mobile.com.
- On the phone, you will receive a text message from T-Mobile.com and an alert will appear in the Status bar on the Home screen.
- Touch and drag the Status bar down.
- Tap the message.

Emergency Alerts
Emergency Alerts is a voluntary emergency alerting system that is being developed by the federal government to deliver/ transmit alert messages to mobile devices.
There are three types of Emergency Alerts available to customers with Emergency Alerts capable devices: Presidential Alerts, Imminent Threat to Life & Property Alerts, and Child Abduction / Amber Alerts.
Access
To access Emergency Alerts, follow these steps:
- From the Home screen, select Main Menu.
- Scroll to and select Messaging.
- Scroll to and select Emergency alerts.
Settings
To change Emergency Alerts settings, follow these steps:
- From the Home screen, select Main Menu.
- Scroll to and select Messaging.
- Scroll to and select Settings.
- Scroll to and select Emergency alert settings.
- Select Receive alerts to adjust the following settings:
- Emergency Alerts
- Amber Alert Notifications
- Select Alert reminderand select one of the following settings:
- Once
- Every 2 Minutes
- Every 15 Minutes
- Off
Account Info – Access
My Account allows you to access your account information from the applications screen.
To access My Account, follow these steps:
- From the Home screen, select Main Menu.
- Scroll to and select My account.
