Today my Samsung Galaxy S3 glass broke inside my front pocket. Phone is still under warranty. My pockets are very large and loose and the phone coulnd't have been under stress or pressure at all. when I pulled it out of my pocket I was speechless. Doing a search on Google "samsung galaxy s3 glass broke easily" came up with bunch of blogs and web pages with hundres of people having the same or similar issue. Samsung tech support told me that they not gonna honor the warranty since the phone was damaged by "improper" handling! I asked the support rep if he was an expret on "improper handling" He didnt answer my question. I had Samsung Galaxy, Galaxy S2 and now this. The S2 served my very well. I have dropped it bunch of times and its still working - no scrathces or cracks on the screen at all. But this peace of junk is far from well built. If the glass on the S3 is the famous "Gorilla Glass"....I am KING KONG!!!
PS: Guess what will be my next phone.
