I joined this community hoping I can get some help. My family and I have been with T-mobile for over eleven years. We have had a good experience, untill now. We have no service. We have no service at home, work and pretty much anywhere else. I have called and talked with customer care, I've done troubleshooting and nothing has worked. They told me to just use my WIFI calling feature. Well, That works if I have WIFI. But what about when I don't have WIFI or I want to send a text message. My other two lines don't have that feature on their phones, so are they supposed to just suck it up?
No representative has been helpful. I had one who kept saying "Is there anything else I can help you with, ASIDE from this matter?" Well, no because I called to fix this matter! I have about six months left on my contract and I they won't waive the ETF, even though the service they are supposed to provide (the service I pay every month) isnt working. I haved filed a complaint to the BBB, and I will continue to file with the FTC and the state atty general. I have been polite and I still get rude representives that treat me as if I'm stupid. I wish T-mobile would see that I have been a loyal customer of 11 years and waive the ETF.
