Why is the MyT-Mobile website device usage page messed up?

I have tried the main support line for several days now on this issue, and no results, so I'm asking here.

 

The device usage page for my T-Mobile 4G Wireless Hotspot is constantly showing (since about a week ago) that I have used 0 megabytes of my 0 megabyte plan (it's actually a 10 GB Ultra plan), and the usage bar is blank, showing Data: 0 MB / 0 MB.

 

I've tried clearing my cookies/cache on my browser, no difference. The people on the phone say "wait, the engineers are working on it". I'm waiting... waiting... waiting... But why???

 

I would love to insert a screenshot here, but THIS brain-damaged website won't allow it (though I can apparently insert a video - WTF?)
