I have been a loyal customer for close to ten years. The main issue I have had with T-mobile over the years is that they have always lacked durable phones for the rugged work place. I have broken several phones but they just get worn out before the two year upgrade time is up. I am in need of a phone now and can't replace what I have ( A samsung Galaxy Vibrant ) without laying down $150 or more. I have 4 lines. 1 I don't think has ever had an upgrade. one is due for an upgrade and the other 2 aren't eligible till jan. My line is not eligible so for me to get an upgrade I have to spend $300 or more. My current contract and 2 lines that are not eligible were last upgrade with Blackberry curves that are both long gone and I had to buy the 2 samsung vibrants we have out right, actually bought them used but still paid good money for them.
The frustrating thing is every time I log on to t-mobile they are offering free phones to new customers that will cost me $100 t0 $500 dollars. I don't get it. Do I really need to get a new carrier to get new phones.
OK, i realize none of you can change any of this, just frustrated that I have been a long time loyal customer but can't get a decent upgrade..............
