I feel Lied to

Back in Nov 2011, I looked into T-Mobile and ordered service over the phone.  I was very specific about not wanting to get into a contract.  So I bought my phones out right and started a plan that gives me unlimtied talk/text and unthrottled speeds till 2gb then throttled after for both my phones.  I was very clear with the rep and thought they were giving me a plan that wasn't a 2yr contract.

Now today, I've been thinking about leaving Tmo because of TERIBLE service at home and at my wife's work.  Inside both no bars, and I called and they were at first going to offer one of those cel-fi, but guess what edge/2g ONLY, no 3g/4g, so that won't work for home.  And won't work for my wife's work.

I've put up with this bad coverage for over a year, just because of price.  Now I decide to try another carrier, and bam they tell me I'm locked in until Nov 2013.  And a $200 term per phone?  WTF I Paid for my phones outright.  Why am I being hit with termination fee's?  And I specifically wanted plan where I could leave.

This is some BS.  Freaking rep on phone didn't do anything, didn't even offer me the contract review contact.  Had to try online chat and he gave it to me.  But srsly This is wrong on so many levels.  Now I'm reading about people having contracts extended without authorization.  This is messed up.
