I just wanted to write y'all and let your team know how much my family and I appreciate your hard work. We've been with you since 2001 and have always had courteous customer service representatives (on the phone, in the store, and online). My family is made up of farmers and real estate managers in The Deep South. I also run my own business, so it has me traveling quite a bit; I love being able to stream music, send photos, go online, check the social media sphere, text, and call people. The wi-fi calling is a great feature too!
The four people in my family all have iPhones, and I have a Nokia 710. I must say that these phones are wonderful - I really like my 710, it allows me to work out in the pasture and away from home as if I were in my office. I really do appreciate your company. Thank you.
