ok so tomorrow is day 3 of having bad service. I called yesterday and went through all trouble shooting (Can not send or recieve picture messages, cannot use internet, cannot post to facebook etc..) after all of the troubleshooting they said it is an "issue" in my area since 6 other people reported the same problem. I don't even have 4g! I am at basic 2g from what i have been told anyway because of the g at the top instead of the 4g which i paid for. Is this problem ever going to get fixed? I am getting frustrated because now on top of everything else when i recieve or make a call it takes forever to connect and when i hang up i get a " can not send/recieve data at this time). and when someone calls that is in my contacts it comes up "unkown" at first then it shows up in call log as my contact. Please someone tell me what is going on?
