New Customer - BEYOND Dissatisfied!

So after 10 years with AT&T I decided I was no longer going to tolerate their high prices and poor customer care. So I called Tmobile and asked if I bought and iphone 5 would I get 4g services in my area?  I was told yes and that everything would work just fine! So I picked a value plan and ordered service and they said my nano sim would be mailed out within 24 hours. So off to Apple I went and $649.00 later I had my iphone 5. Since I ordered service on a Friday I didnt wanna wait until they mailed me my sim card so once I got the activation email with my new phone number I went to the local tmobile store and got my sim there.  The store rep was very helpful, she even setup my APNS and everything, and then the dreaded E showed up for my internet. Then the rep advised me that to her knowledge this service wasnt available here yet. So i told her what I was advised and she said to go home and try it since the store is about 20 minutes away from house. So I get home and still nothing.  I called tmobile and was advised of a date of March 5th. Great news so I waited. I called them today because still only and E and the customer service rep said the same date of March 5th. Once I told her it wasn't working she transfered me to tech support because she said theres no reason it shouldnt be. still hopeful I got a great tech support agent who finally told me the truth. He said the network in my area had not undergone the reframing process, he said the company is being very secretive and he won't know when until I know. So I called apple, LUCKY ME my iphone is now outside the return policy! So all and all im stuck with a $650 paperweight until some unknown TOP SECRET DATE! Then to ice my cake I call tmobile back to inquire about the Nexus 4 and was quoted a price of $549.00!!!!!!  Is this a joke or am I in the twilight zone. I told the rep that I could order the same exact phone from google $349.00 and she said, well I guess you should or it though them then!!! No apologies no other offers just basically "Hey your SOL"  THANKS TMOBILE!!!!! Worst decision I ever made!!!
