Hi, well my first problem HTC 8x Doesn't seem to be updating itself. It says the firmware version is (1532.20.10012.502). After looking online on various websites it seems mine is defiantly not updating. I have a UNLOCKED AT&T 8Gb phone, any help would be appreciated.
The second problem is possibly the sim card or maybe a hardware fault in my HTC 8x, I unlocked the phone though cellunlocker.net so I could use the phone for T-Mobile. Though the card is activated, it gets almost no service sometimes 1 bar or 2. I have contacted T-Mobile about this and they couldn't help and told me there is nothing wrong with the card and it has to be my phone, they also gave me a number to HTC(Who I am calling tomorrow so please don't give me the no. as an answer again please). I just want to be able to use the 4g Im paying T-Mobile for can anyone help?
