What Should I Do? (Service change and Value Plan)

2 weeks ago I switched my account from the Classic talk and text to the new Value Plan Talk and text.  I switched everything over without fully knowing what the rest of my family felt, and wanted to get back to my old plan.  After making the switch tmobile then switched the wrong phones' properties and I suddenly had a 44 dollar over charge to one of my lines.  After calling and fixing that it hadn't been 24 hours since making the change so I thought I could change it back...

I was told to send an email to the contract review team at tmobile.  With all my info included and let them know what happened.  I was told they would respond to me within 7-10 business days.  It is now a total of 13 "business" days and heard nothing.  I called T-mobile Customer Support and the guy was nice and said I should send the contract review another email because there were no memos or notes concerning the request I made.  That made me feel like I fell into a trap.

The worst part about this is that if all 3 of my family upgrades their phones I will pay about 30-50 dollars more on my bill every month, than if I had just kept my Classic Talk and Text Plan.  I was told that if I switched the the Value Plan I was going to save money, and that paying for the phone monthly wasn't bad...  The part that hurts even more is, I found out that I lost my discount on upgrading my phone...  And now have to pay full price...  I was under the impression that we would still get the discount even after switching to the Value Plan.  The Rep never told me that I would lose the discount...  I've been wanting to upgrade my phone since 2010 and I think this is just becoming redundant now.

So anyone that can help me or give me advice it would be much appreciated...  The only thing I can think of is that Tmobile set a trap for those that switch over to the different plan...  And the only way I'm going to get a phone is paying full price and having my bill be more than it was when I swicthed everything over...  I can only come up with 2 solutions:

1.  I bite the bullet and bare the fact that I'm gong to be sent on the run around, and Tmoblie has no plans on reverting me back to my old plan.

2. I will have money needed to cancel and terminate all the lines and I'll just go somewhere else...  So far my family agrees with this option.

I would like to stick with tmobile as I've been with them for over 5 years now.  If anyone has any advice please reply.

Thank you.
