I have a Galaxy S 4G on which I can still send and receive calls and texts, but as of 24 hours ago (after over a year of using the 4G network without any major issues) I no longer have a mobile data connection.
The screen says I have 2-3 bars while at my home, but the little 4G symbol is mysteriously missing.
My bill is paid, I have unlimited data (up to 2GB high speed); wi-fi is off, airplane mode is off; I cleared browser history, cookies, cache; cleaned up my memory; took the battery out and put it back in and turned it back on. No change.
In "Status" it says Network: T-Mobile, Signal strength: -97 dBm 8 asu, Mobile network type: UMTS, Service state: In service, Roaming: Not roaming, Mobile network state: Disconnected
I am very confused.
