Been a loyal customer 12 years. Began having problems with dropped calls at home, on the road, and at work. I work as a paramedic so this is not just an incovenience. Went to the store and told to get new phone. Inside was a very light pink and told phone was no longer good. Insurance made me pay $180 for new phone which has the same problem of dropping calls unexpectedly. I paid the $180 for no reason. It obviously was not the phone. It is beyond fustrating to be talking to a doctor about a patient and the call drop with 4 bars of reception. So then I get moved to a different city with my ambulance service and T-Mobile has painfully bad coverage there. No cell signal inside EMS station and 1 bar around town. I work 24 hours at a time and my cell phone is useless. Tried getting a booster device for my EMS station so I can at least check my email on my Blaclberry device but I don't qualify for my home or my office even though I live at the office for 24 hours every third day. (I was first told that I qualified but device on back order then later told I don't qualify anyway). Tried getting out of my contract which I still have about a year left but have to pay the full $200 disconnection fee. I tried talking with the T-Mobile loyalty department but the loyalty apparently only runs in one direction. I am not whinning. I just want to use the service for which I pay $108 a month. Will likely just drop T-Mobile when my contract and my wife's run out or just bite the bullet and pay the severance fee to get out of a bad contract.
