I am having a problem getting my phones unlocked for other service. I paid full price for them, have had active T-Mobile service with all 3 of them and faxed my receipts in to the SIM unlock team. My request keeps getting denyed.
Is there a representative here that can get this straightened out for me?
This is very frustrating. We do not get 4G here, otherwise, I would have kept paying for T-Mobile service, but if I can't get it, I am forced to find another carrier.
