Hello T-Moble Community, I have a PRISM phone and want to tranfer a video from my computer to my phone.
I called support, they told me to follow the step below however when I get to step 2 nothing happens. I know that my computer is detecting the phone because its charging the battery. Any suggestions on how I can get the computer to detect the phone. I am running Windows 7.
To transfer all your favorite music and pictures from your PC to your mobile phone’s microSD card, set the microSD card as USB mass storage.
1. Connect your mobile phone to your PC with the USB cable. (success)
2. Your PC will detect the microSD card as a removable disk (failed) nothing happened
3. Open the notification bar and then touch USB Connected (did't get this far)
