It keeps comming up with an "ERROR: REG99 "UNABLE TO CONNECT"" turn off wifi calling.. turned off wifi... Turn back on wifi.... Turn back on wifi calling. power cycled phone... Even removed battery with phone on and waited a few min.... Power cycled the router... tryed on other networks.... Then did a master reset. Still nothing... Software VS is android 4.0.4 ICS. non-rooted.... Sim card is TM9190. Last rep said that it was a software issue but its hard for me to believe because it was already working on this software build.... I need my wifi calling. someone please help....
