I placed an order for a new HTC One phone online. I received a notice that I would have to call in the order which I did.
Apparently the order is fine now, but how do I transfer my current number from AT&T? There is a promotion for $50 if transferring number from another carrier but I don't see how to do it. I assumed that the information from the order online was included with the representative on the phone but now I'm starting to wonder as my bank account has seen 2 holds on it from t-mobile.
