I'm a current customer and ordered an iPhone online. It never said anything about being on back order. Then I called a rep yesterday because I wanted to check on my order. That is when she told me it was on backorder. I had never gotten a courtesy email, call or text from Tmobile! I had even put a down payment on the phone! Today I chatted with an agent online as if I was a new customer and she told me they had iPhones available! What?! What type of customer service is this for someone who has been with them for years? Also, why do I feel like new customers get priority over myself??
