I paid overnight shipping for my Samsung S4, white, I got an email that it is backordered.

I am stuck i need my phone. I paid all that money for over night shipping and since i am not getting my phone overnight how will i be reimbursed for it. I transfered my number and my account is now closed. I do not have a phone and i can't do anything. Why are your sales people promising customers that they will have their phones the next day. I need my phone now!!!! What is t-mobil doing about this
