Nothing ever gets resolved with this company. I have been having service problems for months now and I am getting no help at all. The administrators keep tossing my problems around and doing nothing to solve the issues. I was told that in order to fix my service issues I would have to troubleshoot, which I have done four times. The only resolution I got for troubleshooting was that I have to wait for an unknown day for the engineers to fix the service towers and in the meantime I should keep track of how many days I don't get service so that I can get them credited to my account because "it sucks that I have to pay for a service that I am not getting."
SERIOUSLY T-MOBILE????????? That's the answer? Are you kidding me? You have to be right? Because I thought this company was supposed to be getting better and more for the customer? I guess not?
