I have made about 10 people migrate to T-MOBILE.
My rational was that although coverage was not great, internet speed was very good and customer SERVICE was superb.
THIS IS NO LONGER TRUE.
Customer SERVICE has PROVEN TO BE HORRIBLE

I FELT VERY ILL TREATED BY EMPLOYEE NAMED LANGDON (male) and FARNELL (female).
WOW...these employees NEED TRAINING IN BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
SIMPLY PUT:
T-MOBILE LIES
T-MOBILE DOES NOT HONOR COMMITMENTS MADE TO CUSTOMERS
I believe this is very serious and will prompt me to terminate with T-MOBILE.
This support thread will demonstrate it.

How well I was treated by LANGDON AND FARNELL IN JANUARY, how seemingly ATTENTIVE.
Saturday they SIMPLY IGNORED ME.
When I complained I was treated like TRASH that was wasting their time.
FARNELL left the STORE STOMPING.
CAN YOU BELIEVE IT....AN EMPLOYEE LEFT THE STORE IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER MAKING IT VERY CLEAR THAT THE CUSTOMER WAS A BURDEN TO HER

I AM GOING TO MIGRATE TO VERIZON IN THE FOLLOWING MONTHS.
It seems I was MISTAKEN. The fact was that until this January I had my own phone.
This because I travel frequently to Brazil and must swap sim cards.
I always bought my own phone.
My phone broke.
I needed a phone and didn't want to wait for one to ship from Amazon.
I went to the T-mobile store and MADE A BIG MISTAKE
I bought a plan phone.
I made sure that since I was already a two year phone that it could be UNLOCKED.
This was done at the East Liberty - Pittsburgh - 15206 T-MOBILE STORE.
I WAS ATTENDED BY LANDON (male) AND FANELL (female)
They made all manner of CALLS and MADE SURE THAT DUE TO THE FACT THAT MY SERVICE WAS OVER TWO YEARS OLD THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO UNLOCK MY PHONE by asking SUpport.
AT THE END OF THIS MONTH I AM GOING TO TRAVEL
I contacted t-mobile and they DENIED my UNLOCK SIM REQUEST.
I WENT TO THE STORE AND THE SAME LANGDON THAT SOLD ME THIS PHONE DID NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO LOOK ME IN THE EYE.
HE DID NOT MAKE ONE PHONE CALL
HE DID NOT EVEN CONSULT HIS COMPUTER SCREEN
HE DID NOT EVEN FAKE IT
HE SIMPLY SAID VERY CLEARLY:
I HAVE SOLD YOU THE PHONE, YOU PAID, I TOLD YOU THE PHONE COULD BE UNLOCKED
NOW a MERE 3 MONTHS LATER IT CANNOT BE UNLOCKED
TOUGH LUCK
YOU T-MOBILE CUSTOMER ARE AN IDIOT
And that is how I felt, like an IDIOT that I was for having trusted the WORD AND COMMITMENT of this COMPANY and PAID THEM.
THE SAME GUY in JANUARY MADE IT CLEAR THAT I COULD GET THE SERVICE I NEEDED
I SIGNED THE CONTRACT MADE A PURCHASE
THE COMPANY NOW DENIES WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO.
They said I had to pay the Balance of the PHONE of $280.
I have already PAID $150 for them in CASH on this PHONE.
Quick question....HOW MUCH IS THIS PHONE NEW ON AMAZON ....You guesed it $280.
So I am going to buy a new PHONE FACTORY UNLOCKED PHONE and switch to VERIZON.
IT IS ABSURD that T-MOBILE is MAKING ME DO THIS
I AM A TWO+ YEAR CUSTOMER
I have never missed a payment.
They don't care.
I am an IDIOT.
THat is how they treated me.
