just a general inquiry. I currently do not have a smart phone and am considering the lumia 521. If I buy the phone and put my current sim card in it can I just use wifi and not get charged for data? Basically my question is can I use the phone without data and if I don't will I still be charged for data? I just need a phone for wifi and for notes, calendar, etc...
