I followed the support forum and called support to request a Cel-Fi booster and was told they are not available. Why would the support forum say to call customer support if they're not available. It's very frustrating following instructions online and only have them be wrong. I've been a loyal Tmobile Customer for 12 years and I really don't want to go to AT&T but they have great LTE service in my home and Tmobile gives my 1 bar of 4G in my home.
