I requested the unlock code for my galaxy s3 from TMO. I received an email with the code. I have tried several times but the phone wont accept it. I called customer care and they helped me in how to enter to code but no luck, the phone wont accept it. I requested the unlock code again and i received the same code that wont work. I have tried several sim cards but i still have same problem
Any thoughts about my issue? I am going out of the country and I really need my phone
