Can Someone From T-Force Please Contact Me?

I have been trying to work through some stuff on an upgrade, and everything was supposedly all worked out finally, until Keith M (T-Force) emailed me back a few minutes ago and said (paraphrasing) "Uh - Just realized I need $500 for the 4th line"

 

This is the 2nd or 3rd time in a week dealing with Loyalty and/or T-Force that someone from T-Mobile has said one thing, but SURPRISE we need hundreds of dollars that we never made mention about (and this time I have the emails).  I moved to an area with absolutely zero Tmobile service and the manager in the Loyalty Dept already confirmed I qualify to have no ETF's if I want to cancel, but I really have enjoyed T-Mobile despite using wifi calling 99% of the time - but I'm getting sick and tired of all the last minute surprises and 'guess what, we need all this money we never discussed"

 

I am just looking to get this upgrade done within the terms I was quoted via email with T-Force and have T-Mobile follow through with what they tell me. I have been pretty patient and understanding with all the goof ups on T-Mobile's part and I've been a loyal customer with a multi line account...

 

68757 and 73243 are just some of my more recent tickets with T-Force.
