I've returned this phone 2 times withing 90 days and today was supposed to be my 3rd. I was chatting for something then i requested to speak to a manager and i spoke to her and she said to call in and speak to the Loyalty team, she said that everything would be noted on my account so i would not have to repeat myself but sure enough when i called they said that nothing was noted and had to repeat everything all over again. I am more than just frustrated with T-mobile. When i finally finished explaining everything to the lady the phone started to break up so i couldn't clearly hear her and was told that both the Loyalty Department and the Technical department was closed. She said that since this is the 3rd time returning the phone within 90 days i would need to speak to the Technical department. So i should go back online and speak to someone via live chat. I hung up the phone expecting to go back to chatting with someone and hopefully trying to resolve this issue but now I'm just S.O.L with no chat, no properly working phone, and no assistance. I am so upset right now with T-Mobile's customer service that i no longer want T-mobile.
