Cannot add minutes to prepaid phone! Urgent!

I am a new prepaid T-Mobile customer. My phone and phone number are both from the USA. I am currently traveling in Europe. Of course, I activated the phone and added minutes prior to my departure. I have been trying to add more minutes to my plan with a credit card, but keep getting error messages.

 

The first message I get says that my request is "pending" and the minutes will be added to my phone within 60 minutes. The website asks me to provide the number associated with my "bank" account, as well as a number where I can be reached within the next 60 minutes. I complete those fields accurately. I have made multiple attempts during the past 12-16 hours. The minutes will not add. I have not received any telephone calls, text messages, or emails from T-Mobile regarding my purchase.

 

The website says to call a toll-free number to "expedite" my request. I have tried calling that number, but because I am traveling outside the USA, I get an automated prompt that the number is NOT toll-free outside the USA. In other words, customer support by telephone is not an option for me at this time.

 

It is urgent that I be able to refill my phone as soon as possible. Thank you in advance to anyone who is able to help!
