I ordered a SIM online. I signed up and successfully went through steps 1-4, but ran in to a problem with step 5.
I've tried paying with a credit card, debit card, and an electronic check, and I get the same error no matter which optoin. I went with a $30/month month-to-month 100 minutes + 5GB data plan.It said I needed to contribute a minimum of $26.66 to the account. I have tried selecting anything from $30 to $100, but the result is the same. I get a form validation error saying "No auto pay calendar date selected. The following field is requried: Auto Pay amount". Relevant points: I'm not signing up for auto pay. In fact, I can't yet sign up for auto pay, because I don't yet have a T-mobile account. There is also no field shown for auto pay, nor is there a calendar field to set the date selected.
