Apparently nobody in my town (Woodacre, CA) is able to order anything from T-Mobile. Me and my brother have both tried, with different addresses, and it only tells me that it's having trouble verifying the address, and to please make sure it's correct. We ended up buying my brother's SIM card, with the online-only $30 unlimited data plan, by having a very nice lady at the T-Mobile store order it and receive the package at the store, but I need the SIM card for a trip and don't have time for that, as the nearest store is miles and miles away.
It's my d*mn address. I live here. I'm sitting in the house as I write this, and it's telling me my address doesn't exist, and that I must be wrong. This is the worst customer service I've experienced from any website that involves ordering something, and I haven't even signed up for the plan yet.
This is making it very difficult to give T-Mobile my money!
