Why is it a guarantee that you can not get any customer SERVICE from T-Mobile's Customer Service Department? Why is it that every time a call is placed, you get transferred a MULTITUDE of times to one person after another, none of which can provide accurate information and only contradict what the previous representative has told you. Does TMobile not provide any customer service training to their staff? Do they drag them in from off the street and put them to work with no knowledge as to what they are doing and how to do it? I know that they think they are being cute and sly when they keep transferring your from one place to another, when they pretend that they can not hear you on the phone, when the "drop" the calls and when they play this game until Midnight(CST) and then close the lines for the night. Really that is not very wise. Not resolving my issues in a timely manner only leads to me becoming more hostile with each passing minute and SOMEONE will hear it first thing the next day. Those day shift people have to face the wrath of irate customers because those night shift people play more games than they resolve issues. Oh well, such is ANOTHER encounter with TMobile Customer Service and the saga will start again bright and early tomorrow am. Glad I have a day off work to spend hour after hour after hour on the phone tomorrow. I can waste TMobile's time as easily as they can waste mine!
