A real shame any company would FORCE a person to do what I'm having to do to get attention, but here you go T Mobile, I've tried everything else. Well, had hoped to paste something I just wrote, and will continue to write on my facebook page about this company. It's costing me my credit. to this point I've spend more than 10 frustrating hours trying to get a problem resolved and the more I deal with them, the more stupid and incompetent I find their people.
