I think if you are going to suspend peoples service in the middle of the night than you should have somebody they can talk to and have it turned back on in the middle of the night. Specially when it's their fault for not crediting my account for the overages and I have spoke to them a few times about it , and now I'm without a phone until they get in the office...I'm very upset I don't know when they stopped having 24hr customer support but that was a stupid decision. People use their cell phones 24 hours a day and should be able to get help 24hrs a day.
