My billing is incorrect. Can you fix it?

I was supposed to be on a $50 a month prepaid plan. I started on a $30 a month, and changed it to $50 unlimited minutes for the second month. It required I pay a $30 to reactivate and $50 to start plan. It said I had 30 left in the account for this month (third month), but only shows now $5. It didn't change me over at that time to the $50 plan. I notice now it put me back on the $30 a month and charged me over call fees of $45. It was supposed to be unlimited minutes. Can this please be fixed. I should have $30 to use for this month. I went ahead and paid my bill, but can i get that $30 put back into my account. Thanks
