Where is the link for Mobile Security?

I had the PHP package with Mobile Security, but switched to JUMP, because it was $2 less per month. Now, I am trying to find my lost phone.

The Mobile Security FAQ page (http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-2864) says that this link is in

• My TMobile
• Manage
• Phones and Devices
• Find and Secure my Phone

But I don't see Find and Secure my Phone. The Lost and Stolen Device Link just loops me back to the FAQ page.
