Lets me start off of that I have now gotten what 7,8 swaps for the HTC One S since I have gotten it. The issues is that, this set phone shows that I am connected to 4G, but I get at best 3G speeds. I have gone to a T-mobile store and have them check out the phone themselves, and the result was: "CALL HTC AND HAVE THEM FIX YOUR PHONE". Which I have, after doing the same troubleshooting steps (with less attitude that I got from your tects and store reps). They say that I have to get "proof of purchase" from Asurion, which they only sent out for the original phone they sent me. (REMEMBER I HAVE GOTTEN IT SWAPS FOR ABOUT 7 DIFFERENT PHONES). Moving on, it will take me a about 7 to 10 days for them to mail it to me, then I have to email it to HTC, and call back for after 24 hours of set email being sent. Once that is done, I have to PAY to have it ship to HTC, then wait about 7 to 10 days for them to "fix" it. In that time I will not have a phone. So let me do a break down... I have paid already about 40 bucks in "swaps", gotten 3 out of the what 10 reps were doing there job in a nice way. And the only phone you guys have to off me is the Prism 2, which that is just a kid's play phone. Frankly the only reason why I haven't cancel is because I am under a contact for 6 lines, so yea I think instead of upgrading 3 lines that need to be upgraded I will just pay to cancel this what you call service.
