What gives? I am trying to upgrade my phone to an iphone, finally. My Sidekick 4G is a piece of junk. Crashing constantly, etc. My email address is CORRECT and shows up on the profile page. Cookies and browser history is clear. Tried using 3 different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE) on 6 different Windows systems. Also Safari and Firefox on Mac. Same error, every single time. I am an IT/computer guy. There is no reason this should be happening. I digitally signed the document, filled everything out properly, etc.
Going into a store to fix this is not an option currently (vehicle out of commission and I live alone, with no public transportation help. My only hope is to order this phone and have it shipped next-day (which I am TRYING to do so I can get it Tuesday).
WHAT GIVES, T-MOBILE???
