I have a galaxy s4. I use wifi calling when Im at home. My plan has unlimited web. But when I go out, if there's no wifi it tells me to sign into a network, brings me to the internet but since Im not in a network it doesnt open and apps that need to connect to the internet like facebook and instagram dont work. It's not my data plan as I tried to change it and it wouldnt let me. Any help is appreciated.
